Jamyce, CEO

After dedicating over 20 years to the healthcare industry, Jamyce faced an unexpected layoff.  Rather than stepping back, she took a leap of faith and reignited her long-lost love of fashion. What began with selling jewelry and handbags quickly grew beyond anything she imagined. Her passion, resilience, and eye for style propelled her onto the global stage, expanding her reach around the world. Even with international success, Jamyce felt called to something greater — not just for herself, but for other aspiring entrepreneurs.

 

​She realized that producing fashion shows and large‑scale events could do more than elevate her brand; it could open doors for others, enhance visibility, and create a space where talent could truly shine. Inspired by this vision, she launched Runway Expo -- an annual fashion and beauty celebration that brings together emerging artists, seasoned professionals, and industry tastemakers under one spotlight.  Due to the overwhelming impact of the events, Jamyce founded Style & Glam Entrepreneurial Academy, an online platform designed to educate, empower, and equip students with the tools and connections they need to produce thriving, sustainable businesses. Through Runway Expo and the Academy, Jamyce has built an ecosystem where creativity and entrepreneurship intersect, cultivating the next generation of visionaries.

Upon completion of the two ventures, Jamyce immediately restructured Style & Glam to become a go‑to hub for exceptional fashion and beauty, education, business opportunities, and curated runway experiences.​​​​

  • Cruelty‑Free Glam: We proudly use faux furs and vegan leather to advocate against animal abuse and promote compassionate fashion.
