After more than two decades in the healthcare industry, I faced an unexpected layoff that became the turning point of my career. Instead of retreating, I chose reinvention—returning to my long‑held love for fashion. What began as a small boutique selling handbags and jewelry quickly grew into an international brand, expanding into markets across Europe, Africa, Canada and Australia within months.

As my business flourished, I recognized a deeper calling: creating the same opportunities for others. I launched a series of fashion shows and networking events designed to spotlight emerging designers, models, and entrepreneurs. The very first show drew significant regional media attention and laid the foundation for Runway Week, a platform which I produced more than 100 events before the 2020 pandemic.

When the world shifted, so did my businesses. I stepped back intentionally—using the pause to restructure, refine, and reimagine the next chapter....and well, here we are...
