Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. HOLIDAY ORDERS & SHIPPING
To get your holiday gifts in time, place your order at least 4 weeks (6 - 8 weeks for international orders) in advance to receive items before the holiday. PRE-ORDER & RESTOCKED ITEMS
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we carry and produce small quantities of in-stock merchandise at one time. Once that item is sold out, it will be restocked due to availability and demand or replaced with another item. Other merchandise is made on a pre-order basis and mailed within 10 - 30 business days. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to shopstyleandglam@yahoo.com. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
