Return Policy

 

  • Before sending back items, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

  • Style & Glam MUST APPROVE ITEMS before mailing.  Please Note: Unapproved items will NOT be accepted.

  • To be accepted, items must be stamp dated and mailed back to Style & Glam within 30 days from the date the customer have been approved.   IMPORTANT:  Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be accepted. Items will not be returned to sender nor any monies reimbursed for items that we receive after the allotted time. 

  • NO RETURNS on soiled or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the customer. IMPORTANT:  To be considered for approval, items MUST have no visible signs of wear or use, in new condition and in original packaging.  

  • ITEMS SENT IN ERROR BY STYLE & GLAM.  Customers that have received items in error (wrong color, size and/or broken/torn) will have an option to receive an exchange, refund, or store credit.  EXCHANGES:   Once the items are returned to Style & Glam, the correct items will be mailed to customer at no additional cost.  REFUNDS:   Once the items are returned to Style & Glam, a refund will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days.  Refunds are sent via the original payment method, not including shipping charges.   STORE CREDITS:  Once the items are returned to Style & Glam, a store credit will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days.  Credits will be issued with a special code via email confirmation.  The customer will be given 30 days to use the special code.  IMPORTANT:  Upon approval of returned items, customers will receive an email with packing instructions, RETURN LABEL and contact details.   

  • ALL OTHER RETURNS.  Only store credits are granted for all other returns.  IMPORTANT:  Upon approval of returned items, customers will receive an email with packing instructions and contact details.  NO RETURN LABEL.  Customers are responsible for return shipping and custom fees.

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW 100% RETURNS ON BULK BUYS.  To prohibit customers from placing a bulk order for try on hauls, photo-shoots, one-time use, or any abuse of purchasing large orders to return for payment at a later date, Style & Glam will only honor 25% of the bulk order for a store credit at a given time.  Bulk orders total $300 or more, not including shipping and handling.  For example, a customer who spends $1,000 (not including shipping and handling) on a bulk order, may receive only $250 in store credit at a given time.  EXCEPTION: Only items that have been sent to customer in error by Style & Glam will NOT apply to the Bulk Buy Policy.

  • The original shipping charges and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate information regarding their delivery address.
