Return Policy

To make your return process easy as possible, please COMPLETELY READ our policy:

 

ONLY ITEMS SENT IN ERROR BY STYLE & GLAM (wrong color, size and/or broken/torn) WILL CUSTOMERS HAVE THE OPTION TO RECEIVE EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR STORE CREDITS.  ALL OTHER RETURNS, ONLY A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. Customers are responsible for return shipping and custom fees.

  • Before sending back items, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

  • Style & Glam MUST APPROVE ITEMS before mailing.  Please Note: Unapproved items will NOT be accepted. IMPORTANT:  To be considered for approval, items MUST have NO visible signs of wear or use and MUST BE in new condition and in original packaging.

  • Upon approval, customers will receive an email with packing instructions, RETURN LABEL and contact details.  IMPORTANT:  Return labels are ONLY included for items sent in error by Style & Glam.

  • Items must be mailed back to Style & Glam within 30 days from the date the customer have been approved.  NOTE:  Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be accepted. Items will not be returned to sender nor any monies reimbursed for items that we receive after the allotted time.

  • If the returned item(s) are due to an error by Style & Glam, the correct items will be mailed to customer at no additional cost.  NOTE: If the correct item is NOT available, the customer will receive a refund.​ 

  • ALL OTHER RETURNS.  Items returned NOT due to an error of Style & Glam will only be granted a store credit. 

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW 100% RETURNS ON BULK BUYS. Please see Store Credit for more details.

  • The original shipping charges and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate information regarding their delivery address.

 

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS

  • ALL OTHER RETURNS.  Items returned NOT due to an error of Style & Glam will only be granted a store credit. 

  • Store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days to your email with a special code.  The customer will have up to 30 days to redeem the special code.

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW 100% RETURNS ON BULK BUYS.  To prohibit customers from placing a bulk buy--order over $300, not including shipping and handling-- for try on hauls, photo-shoots, one-time use, or any abuse of purchasing large orders to return for payment at a later date, Style & Glam will only honor 50% of the bulk order for a store credit, with a 25% (of the total returned order) restock fee.  For example, a customer who spends $1,000 (not including shipping and handling) will only be able to receive up to $500 in store credit. After applying the 25% restock fee, the final credit total comes to $375. Please remember, only items that are approved will apply to store credit. EXCEPTION: Only items that have been sent to customer in error by Style & Glam will NOT apply to the Bulk Buy Policy.
