What are my responsibilities?
As a Style Ambassador, you operate as an independent contractor—meaning you’re not just representing Style & Glam, you’re building your own fashion brand. This role calls for initiative, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what that entails:

Is there a minimum age to apply?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to apply. This ensures you’re legally eligible to enter into a business agreement and manage responsibilities such as sales, marketing, and tax documentation.
Do I have to be an influencer? Do I need to be on social media? Is there a minimum follower requirement?
No and yes. You don’t need to be an influencer, but we are looking for fashion enthusiasts who are excited to build their own brand with a strong digital presence. Our ideal Style Ambassadors are storytellers who thrive in front of the camera and behind it. That means being active in short-form and long-form video, as well as still photography—guiding viewers through outfit hauls, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes peeks at exclusive campaigns and events. Style Ambassadors should be comfortable with basic content production: steady framing, readable on-screen text, clear audio, and simple editing. You don’t need a huge following to start—but you do need the drive to grow one.
Yes, Style Ambassadors must have 5,000 combined followers/subscribers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tik Tok. Applicant profiles with the qualifying requirements should be active, public, and demonstrate consistent posting, on-camera confidence, and audience engagement through comments, likes and shares.
How do I register? What happens after?

Once you register, your application will be reviewed within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification confirming whether you’ve been approved or denied. If denied, you’ll receive a detailed explanation outlining the reason, which most commonly includes not meeting the minimum social media requirements or having a history of public controversies. If approved, you’ll receive a welcome email containing your unique style code, a deposit form, marketing materials, and a secure passcode to access the ambassador portal. Once you receive your style code, start sharing it and watch your earnings grow. How do I earn money? When and how will I receive my payouts?

When someone makes a purchase, you’ll automatically receive your commission for each sales order—no extra steps, no guesswork, just instant profits (cha-ching). The more you share, the more you earn.
Style Ambassadors have two flexible options for receiving payouts and bonuses: monthly or quarterly, depending on your preference. All earnings are distributed via electronic transfer to the bank account provided on your deposit form, ensuring secure and timely payments. At the close of each calendar year, you’ll receive a comprehensive financial statement delivered to your email. This report outlines your total sales, commissions earned, and any cash bonuses received throughout the year—making it simple to track your performance and prepare for tax filing.
Is there a monthly sales quota?
Absolutely not. At Style & Glam, we believe in empowering you—not pressuring you. There are no monthly sales quotas, and you’ll never be penalized for taking a slower month. We understand that life happens, and we’re here to support your journey at your pace, not ours. If you experience an inactive month, we may reach out with encouragement, resources, or tips to help you re-engage—but always with respect for your goals and schedule. Although, we don't enforce monthly quotas, we do love to celebrate and reward our top performing SAs with exclusive perks, such as, free products, higher cash commissions, bonuses, and all-expense paid spa days and luxury experiences.
Do I have to handle marketing materials, customer service, orders, shipping?
Absolutely not. We handle all the operations like customer service, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns, so you don’t have to.
