PLACING YOUR ORDER
Before you place a wholesale order on the website, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org, so a S & G representative can be assigned to work with you throughout the entire process.
You will need to submit the following information:
Proof of Store Ownership
Federal Resale Tax Certificate
Once your documents are reviewed and approved, you will receive a Wholesale Code that will allow you to shop our merchandise. We offer upto 50% off regularly marked items in bulk quantities. $2,000 minimum order requirement with a purchase of at least 1 Small, Medium, Large and X-Large of each item. Style & Glam wholesale customers will have the exclusive right to use our photos on their website and social media for marketing and sales purposes.
In stock orders are shipped in 5-7 business days, with the exception of holidays via UPS. Some customers may be invoiced a shipping fee after the order has been placed to offset the weight of shipment and additional custom fees. All international orders are subject to custom and handling fees, depending on country. Shipping insurance is required for all wholesale orders, so please select this option at checkout.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number. Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS. To check the status of a package, please click on www.ups.com.
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
Double check your surrounding area
Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
Allow an extra 3-5 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
NOTE: To avoid any unforeseen shipping problems, please make sure the billing address matches the information on your credit card.
Style & Glam is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, torn or broken packages due to incorrect mailing address or USP service error, but we will make efforts in recovering your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. After all options have been exhausted, please contact us at email@example.com.
INTERNATIONAL & EXPRESS SHIPPING
International shipping is only valid to select countries. If you are unable to place your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping prices above are quoted in USD.
Delivery times listed above are only estimates, so please take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to process your merchandise in a timely manner, however, we are not responsible for shipping packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Please note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for any questions about express shipping to your location.
HOLIDAY ORDERS & SHIPPING
Get your holiday gifts in time! Place your order at least 4 weeks (6 weeks for international orders) in advance to receive items before the holiday. Please note that standard shipping service is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the UPS service, weather, etc. Get in touch at email@example.com if you have any questions.
PRE-ORDER & BACK IN STOCK ITEMS
If an item has an estimated ship date, it means that the item is on its way and estimated to be available on the specified date. Whether you wish to pre-order an item to reserve it or waiting for a restock item, you can purchase the item(s) in advance to ensure you're the first to get it. Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders. If you have any questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to email@example.com. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
