PLACING YOUR ORDER
Before you place a wholesale order on the website, please contact us via form (below), so a S & G representative can be assigned to work with you throughout the entire process. Once your documents are reviewed and approved, you will receive a Wholesale Code that will allow you to shop our merchandise. We offer upto 50% off regularly marked items in bulk quantities. $2,000 minimum order requirement with a purchase of the following:
Package A (one of each - Small, Medium, Large and X-Large)
Package B (one of each - 1XL, 2XL and 3XL)
Package C (one of each shoe size - 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10)
Style & Glam wholesale clients will have the exclusive right to use our photos on their website and social media for marketing and sales purposes.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number. Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS. To check the status of a package, please click on www.ups.com.
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
Double check your surrounding area
Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
Allow an extra 3-5 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
NOTE: To avoid any unforeseen shipping problems, please make sure the billing address matches the information on your credit card.
Style & Glam is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, torn or broken packages due to incorrect mailing address or USP service error, but we will make efforts in recovering your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
