Track Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number.  Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS or Fed EX.

TRACKING TROUBLESHOOTING:

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct

  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip

  • Double check your surrounding area 

  • Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence has accepted it

  • Allow an extra 1-2 days, in rare instances. Some orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving.

 

NOTE: To avoid any unforeseen shipping problems, please make sure the billing address matches the information on your credit card.

Style & Glam is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, torn or broken packages due to incorrect mailing address or delivery service error, but we will take every effort in recovering your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
