ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using this website whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. You must review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes. By accessing, purchasing or using any of our memberships, entrepreneurial programs, partnerships, merchandise or event tickets, you agree to abide by these Terms of Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply, and require you to act in accordance with them. All of our memberships, entrepreneurial programs, partnerships, merchandise or event tickets are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to any memberships, entrepreneurial programs, partnerships, merchandise or event tickets by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use. By accessing or using our memberships, entrepreneurial programs, partnerships, merchandise or event tickets you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Style & Glam will issue refunds, credits and exchanges for only the following: manufactured defective merchandise, incorrect orders, wholesale orders cancelled by us and admission/tickets for cancelled events.

DISCOUNT POLICY:

From time to time, we will offer our members the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. To be eligible for this discount, the customer must me a member in good standing at the time of purchase. There will be no rebates or partial refunds.

YOUR ACCOUNT:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you purchase and register with Style & Glam and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Style & Glam may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your account.

STYLE EXPERT ENROLLMENT:
In order to become a Style & Glam Style Expert, you must be the legal age in your state of residence, have the power to enter into a binding contract with Style & Glam and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws.  A member residing at the same address as a Style & Glam Style Expert must enroll as a member on his or her own.  The Style & Glam Style Expert one-time enrollment fee is $99 USD Leader Fee and $199 USD CEO Fee. Enrollment Fee is not refundable, redeemable or transferable for cash value.

By becoming a Style Expert,  you agree to receive entrepreneurial assistance and marketing communications from Style & Glam consistent with Style & Glam’s Privacy Policy. Any information you give Style & Glam when becoming a member will be stored and used in accordance with Counter Brands’ Privacy Policy. By indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you also indicate that you understand and consent to the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described in the Privacy Policy.​

Style & Glam cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies regarding the Style Expert position. By downloading, printing, or otherwise using our website content for personal use, you in no way assume any ownership rights of the content – it is still our property. All material and content is sole property of Style & Glam.
