MEET THE FOUNDER
After dedicating over 20 years to the healthcare industry, Jamyce faced an unexpected layoff. Refusing to step back, she took a leap of faith and decided to reignite her long-lost love of fashion. Starting from humble beginnings, Jamyce sold jewelry and handbags, quickly expanding her reach throughout the world. While her international success was undisputed, Jamyce envisioned something greater—not just for herself, but for fellow entrepreneurs. She realized that producing fashion shows and large-scale events could amplify her brand and create opportunities for others. That vision led to the birth of Runway Week, a weeklong experience of immersive shows, networking events, educational workshops, and a platform where hundreds of designers, creatives, models, and entrepreneurs showcased their talent.

During the pandemic, Jamyce took a brief hiatus to establish a Fashion Entrepreneurial Academy, a Creative Production Agency, and relaunch Style & Glam as a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brand. Since then, the company has captured the attention of numerous media outlets and the admiration of thousands of supporters.
