PRE ORDERS
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. Each pre‑order includes an estimated ship date, though timelines may shift slightly due to production or transit delays. Pre‑orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed. When your pre‑order arrives at our facility, it will be shipped immediately, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
IN-STOCK & RESTOCKS
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we carry and produce small quantities of in-stock merchandise at one time. In stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, with the exception of holidays. Items are restocked due to availability and demand or replaced with another item.
OUT-OF-STOCK
Items that are out of stock will be processed and shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify all customers that their orders are out of stock and will give them an estimated date when the order will be shipped.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
To get your holiday gifts in time, place your order at least 4 weeks (6 - 8 weeks for international orders) in advance to receive items before the holiday. Please note we are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the delivery service, weather, etc.
