In our efforts to continually reduce our carbon footprint,  we offer a limited amount of in-stock merchandise.  Once an item is sold out, it will be replaced with another item.    Restocks are ONLY for our bestsellers and signature pieces.  Other merchandise is made on a pre-order basis and mailed within 10 - 30 business days.

We want you to be happy, so if you wish to return any item(s), please follow our policy for refunds and store credits:

• Before sending back items, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

• It is imperative customers get items approved by Style & Glam before mailing, otherwise items will NOT be accepted for return.

• Send back items within 10 - 15 business days to be valid.

• Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be accepted. Items will not be returned to sender nor any monies reimbursed for items that we receive after the allotted time. Items will be donated or discarded.

• Items MUST BE with no visible signs of wear or use, in new condition and in original packaging. IMPORTANT:  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and custom fees.

• The original shipping charges and insurance are non-refundable.

• Once Style & Glam receives item(s), a refund or credit will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days.  All refunds will be returned back onto original method of payment, (credit card, checking, etc). Credits will be issued with a special code via email confirmation.

• The following items cannot be returned: undergarments, earrings, beauty products and custom, signature pieces.

• NO EXCHANGES. If customer wish to get the same item, a credit will be issued.  Please note, due to our limited stock, preferential items may be unavailable.

• Customers are responsible for all delivery problems caused by using the wrong address.
