How can I Sign Up for an Account?

Having an account will give you access to view your orders, wishlist, and make any changes to your contact and payment information.  To sign up, go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon, and enter your email and password.  You, then, will receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code into the Sign Up box and it will take you to your account.

How can I Access my Account?

Go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon.  Click the 'Login' hyperlink and the {Log In with Email} button. Enter your email and password. Click the {Login} button and it will take you to your account.

I Forgot my Password. How do I Reset my Account Password? 

Go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon.  Click the 'Login' hyperlink and the {Log In with Email} button.  Click the 'Forget Password?' hyperlink and enter your email, then click the {Reset Password} button.

How can I Track My Order?

To track an order, go to the {SUPPORT} heading, click on the 'Track Your Order' tab.   Go to 'How To Track Your Order' link, select UPS or FedEx, and enter your order information.

How do I Sign Up to be a Style Expert? 

A Style Expert is the perfect way to be an entrepreneur without the hassle of all the start-up fees.  It is simple to sign up, start selling and rack up free products and money.  In the footer, under the {INQUIRY} heading, click on the 'Be A Style Expert' tab, and follow the directions to begin the process.  Once you have completed the form and purchased your starter kit, you will receive a style code that will give you the ability to start selling and making money.  Start your entrepreneurship journey HERE.

 

How do I Purchase an E-Gift Card? 

Go to {INQUIRY} Heading and click the 'E-Gift Card' tab.  You will be able to purchase an E-Gift Card in $25 increments.

How do I Sign Up for Mobile Text Promos?

Mobile Text promos will give you updates for upcoming sales, new arrivals, event details and more.  To sign up, go to the {PROMOTIONS} heading, click on 'Mobile Text Sign Up' tab and complete the form.  Announcements will start immediately.  You can unsubscribe at any time.

How do I Receive the $15 Credit for Referring a Friend?

To receive your credit, go to the 'Refer A Friend' tab under the {PROMOTIONS} heading and complete the registration form.  You will receive a $15 credit code via email towards a future order, after your friend makes a purchase of $50 or more.

How can I attend Style & Glam Events? Runway Week?

Customers who wish to attend our public events, go to the {TV & EVENTS} Heading, click the 'Shows & Tickets' for upcoming fashion shows, presentations and events.   Select the interested event and purchase available tickets.

How can I get on the PR List?

Only approved affiliates, staff, and influencers are invited to our private parties.  To be approved, you can request an invite, by going to the 'Get On PR List' tab, under the {INQUIRY} Heading. If approved, you will receive a code and further instructions via email.

Where can I Watch the Style & Glam Channel?

You can watch us on our channel HERE.  You can also watch us on most social media outlets.  Click on the icons listed in the Header area on the website.

Do you have an Installment Plan?  How can I use it?

Absolutely, we use Afterpay, which is a user-friendly app that allows you to make 4 easy interest free payments.  You can get started by signing up for the app, purchasing your items and selecting the option at the checkout.
