How can I Sign Up for an Account?
Having an account will give you access to view your orders, wishlist, and make any changes to your contact and payment information. To sign up, go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon, and enter your email and password. You will receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code into the Sign-Up box and it will take you to your account.

How can I Access my Account?
Go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon. Click the 'Login' hyperlink and the {Log In with Email} button. Enter your email and password. Click the {Login} button and it will take you to your account.

I Forgot my Password. How do I Reset my Account Password?
Go to the upper right side of the website, click on "Login/Setup" icon. Click the 'Login' hyperlink and then click the {Log In with Email} button. Click the 'Forget Password?' hyperlink and enter your email, then click the {Reset Password} button.

How do I Track My Order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number. Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS or Fed EX. For more information, click here.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many (not all) countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times varying depending on your location. Rates will be calculated at the checkout. Some international orders may be subject to a custom duties, taxes or import fees. For more information, click here.

How do Models Apply?
Applying to become one of our S&G models is simple. Go to the bottom of the website, under the header Join Us, click the {Becoming A Model}tab or click here. Complete our online application form and submit with recent photos of yourself. We recommend including front-facing pics and full-body images taken in natural lighting. If your application is selected, a representative will contact you regarding the next steps in the process.​
