In-stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days, with the exception of holidays.  International orders are subject to custom and handling fees, depending on country. 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email

confirmation, including the tracking number.  Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS or Fed EX.  

In reducing our carbon footprint, we carry and produce small quantities of in-stock merchandise at one time.   Once that item is sold out, it will be restocked due to availability and demand or replaced with another item.    Other merchandise is made on a pre-order basis and mailed within 10 - 30 business days.

We want you to be happy, so if wish to return any item(s), please follow our policy for a refund, store credit or exchange:

• Before sending back item, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

• Mail back items unworn, new condition and in original packaging within 10 - 15 business days to be valid.  Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be approved.  We will not return to sender nor reimburse any monies for items that we receive after the allotted time. Items will be donated or discarded.

• ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund, credit or exchange.  We only provide return labels for manufactured defective items. All other shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

• Approved items can be refunded, credited or exchanged for equal or lesser value merchandise.

• NO RETURNS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the owner.   

• IMPORTANT:  Make sure to get items approved by Style & Glam before mailing.

• Once Style & Glam receives your item(s), a refund or credit will be issued to you within 10 business days.  All refunds will be returned back onto your original method of payment, (credit card, Paypal, etc).  NO EXCHANGES.  If you wish, to get the same item, a credit will be issued for you to be able to purchase the correct item.  No Exceptions.

IMPORTANT: Size charts may vary, so please go by the inches listed on chart.  If you are in between sizes, it is best to size up for a better fit.
