PLATINUM ELITE MANAGEMENT LOGIN

OVERVIEW

 

MODEL ORIENTATION.  This tab will provide the model with a to-do list, contracts and forms to complete and PEM contact information.

 

CONTRACTS & FORMS.   Models will be notified of the contracts and forms that are needed to be signed. Just go under this tab and complete, sign and submit to Platinum Elite Management. If you need a copy, please let PEM know.

 

VIDEO TRAININGS.  Most classes will be filmed and placed under this tab.  If a class (acting, hosting and runway) requires the model to attend in person or via Zoom, there will be no video training to view. 

 

UPCOMING SCHEDULE.  This tab will include the schedule for upcoming events, classes and meetings, practices, group shoots, videos and more.  New dates are added on every Wednesday, so please make sure to check the schedule at least once a week (preferably Wednesday).

PLATINUM ELITE MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

1. ATTENDANCE

   1. Non-Platinum Elite Management events, shoots and paid bookings

      1. All models must arrive 15 MINUTES EARLY.

      2. If model arrives after 15 minutes, there will be a verbal warning.  If model arrives after 1 hour, there will be verbal warning and model may be asked to not participate/ forfeit earning payment.

      3. Paid bookings will only be cancelled for family emergencies.  Earnings will be forfeited.

2. Non-Platinum Elite Management no shows or call-offs (the day before or day of) will result in a verbal warning. More than 5 verbal warnings for no shows and call-offs will result in termination of contract.  NOTE: It’s only considered a no-show or call-offs if you are scheduled to attend/ participate and did NOT show. Check Disciplinary Action for exact details on suspension or termination of contract.

3. Platinum Elite Management classes and meetings

   1. All models must arrive ON TIME or 15 MINUTES EARLY.

   2. If model arrives after 30 minutes (without advanced notice), there will be a verbal warning. If model arrives after 1 hour, there will be a verbal warning and model may be asked to not participate.

4. Platinum Elite Management events and shoots

   1. Models can arrive after scheduled time if only advanced notice is given, such as work conflicts, prior engagements and family emergencies.

 

 

 

 

1. Platinum Elite Management no shows or call-offs (the day before or day of) will result in a verbal warning. If you can’t attend events, shoots, classes or meetings, please contact Platinum Elite Management personnel at least 3 days in advance to avoid any warnings.

 

1. BE MANNERLY.  Although we are going to have fun, please be mindful of your behavior at events, shoots and paid bookings, there may be sponsors, investors and industry professionals watching.  Mingling is encouraged, but be extremely thoughtful of your conversation and attitude. Avoid conversations that can be offensive, confrontational, joking or clowning around or creating a scene.  Remember first impressions are important.

 

1. NO FAMILY OR FRIENDS ON SET.  Having friends or family on set can be a distraction.  Exception 1: Model is under 18 and is required to have one parent on set.

   1. Exception 2: family emergencies, such as a babysitter cancelling.  Exception 3: no daycare for child between 7 and 12 years old.  Family member must stay quiet in designated area.  NOTE: At any time, if  Exceptions are breached, model will have to find alternative options.

 

 

 

1. COME PREPARED. it’s a rule of thumb, all models must pack the following and bring to every event, shoot and paid booking: foundation/concealer, bronzer (if possible), eyelashes, eye brow set, lip glosses, baby powder wipes, hair pieces (if applicable), black convertible bra, nude convertible bra, black heels, nude heels and small roll on luggage to carry items.

 

1. DISCLIPINARY ACTION.  Models will have 3 verbal warnings. Then be placed on suspension for her 4th offense and terminated on her 5th offense.

 

1. GIVING CREDIT.  It is important to give credit for all images and videos (including Platinum Elite Management photos/film) you post.  Not doing so, could result in bad business practices and ultimately terminate a great working relationship.  NOTE: A model who consistently do not give credit, will forfeit their opportunity to post photos/videos.

   1. Photos should include the following: photographer’s name/ business name, designer’s name (if applicable), make up artist and hairstylist’s name (if applicable)

   2. Videos should include the following: film maker/ videographer’s name/ business name, designer’s name (if applicable), make up artist and hairstylist’s name (if applicable)

   3. For Platinum Elite Management photos/videos, include above details and Platinum Elite Management as photographer/videographer’s name and hashtags #platinumelitemanagement and #platinumelitemodels

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. PROPER GROOMING. Please follow rules EVERY time you are preparing for an event, shoot or paid booking.

   1. Daily face and skincare are a must.  Please use SP15/ SP30 creams, age defying products and acne reduction treatments.

   2. Shave/ wax hair.  Includes armpits, face, legs, belly and private areas.

   3. Please use clear anti-perspirant deodorant.

   4. Make sure under arms and private areas are clean before putting on clothes. You should NOT have any odor in these areas of your body. The odor will transfer to the clothing. NOTE: If you do not have access to clean/ wash up before event, shoot or paid booking, use baby powder wipes to freshen up.

   5. Make sure to use light scented perfumes and lotions.  No oils. Vanilla based scent is a good option. Heavy lotions, oils and perfumes may stain or leave an odor on the clothes.

   6. Hair should be dried, combed and ready to be styled. Some models may be asked to have a special hairstyle or straightened hair done before the event, shoot or paid booking. 

   7. Nails should be cut low in active length.  French manicures, solid colors or clear nail polish is strongly suggested for fingernails and toes.

   8. Teeth whitening strips and teeth whitening toothpaste are encouraged. If you are a smoker or wine/tea drinker, you may need professional dental treatment. NOTES: Smokers, please use mint or gum on set for group shoots or filming

 

 

 

 

 

1. NUTRITION & FITNESS.  Regardless of shape or size, all models are required to have a healthy eating and exercise routine.  It’s not about losing weight, but maintaining a firm, proportionate body type.  If you are looking for a daily regimen that is perfect for your body type, please see Jamyce.   IMPORTANT:  Avoid greasy foods, sweets and gluten 5 days before an event, shoot or paid booking. These foods will make you bloated and secrete oils through your skin.

 

1. SAFETY.  Platinum Elite Management will take all safety precautions for models during events, shoots, classes and meetings.  Masks are mandated in group settings (classes and meetings) and will be removed during designated times at events, shoots and paid bookings.  Some events and shoots will require hotel or location stays. All overnight or extended stays will require for models to take a 48 hour PCR test (at model’s responsibility). Staff is mandated to wear masks at all times. For paid bookings, non-Platinum Elite Management should take all safety precautions at said location.  In any case, if a PEM model(s) safety have been compromised, please notify Platinum Elite Management personnel immediately.

 

 

1. SECURITY.  Platinum Elite Management will take all security measures for models during events, shoots, classes and meetings.  Due to the global exposure that may be received, off duty police and/or security may be hired to accompany PEM models at specific events and shoots.  For paid bookings, non-Platinum Elite Management should take all safety measures at said location.  In any case, if a PEM model(s) safety have been breached, please notify Platinum Elite Management personnel immediately.

 

 

 

1. PERFECTING YOUR CRAFT.  Only the models that continues to work and improve on her skills, will become successful.  Attending Platinum Elite Management classes and meetings will maximize your career and provide many opportunities for more than modeling jobs, such as dance, acting and hosting.

 

1. MODEL RESPONSIBILITIES.  Model grants Company a limited Power of Attorney to collect all fees and monies earned or accrued to model from paid bookings and net fee will be distributed to model after deducting the PEM’s commission.  A limited Power of Attorney is given to PEM to deposit the proceeds in a general account to be given to the model.  All PEM models must instruct clients, producers, advertising agencies and/or union offices to write on the face of all job contracts or on the release model form (at the time of production) to send all fees and monies directly to Platinum Elite Management.  This limited Power of Attorney authorizes payment of model assignments, reuse and residuals. 

   1. BOOKING RATES: Model's base booking rate is set and will be distributed to the model in its entirety. 

   2. COMMISSION: Commission will be said percentage above Model's base booking rate. Commission is as the following: modeling (35%), acting/filming (40%), social media (45%), hosting/ speaker (45%), brand ambassador (45%), tv/commercial (45%), Company sponsored promotions (55%) and Company sponsored merchandise (55%) of all monies, fees or other contributions received by models.  Models are independent contractors that are solely responsible for her taxes, document filing and any payment owed to Platinum Elite Management.

   3. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Models are financially responsible for all photo and video shoots performed outside of PEM, hotel accommodations, lodging and transportation (unless specified otherwise) and personal spending.  To complete specific assignments, model may sign out a PEM camera and/or equipment to utilize. Any repairs or replacement of camera and/or equipment is the model’s financial responsibility.

 

1. GIFTS: Model shall receive gifts, rewards, etc from clients, paid fan members or any persons, at model's discretion.  Platinum Elite Management will receive model’s gifts, rewards, etc, to be distributed directly to model. Gifts will be mailed to Platinum Elite Management’s PO BOX. Model must take full responsibility for receiving and using gifts, rewards, etc.  Company shall not be held liable for any gifts, rewards, etc. that model received or used.
