HOW IT WORKS

get started in 3 easy steps

1)complete a questionnaire

Please fill out all of the questions and select the categories that will interest you and your guests.  Once the form is submitted, a stylist will reach out to you to secure a spot. 

2)book a styling session

Secure a 2- or 4-hour session with a retainer fee for each guest. Each guest's retainer goes towards the stylists.  You can invite upto 5 guests to your session.

3)purchase items at your session

Get treated like a celebrity, while you and your guests enjoy drinks and appetizers and splurge on wardrobe must-haves carefully curated by your personal stylists.  

FAQs

How does this styling service work?

Firstly, please fill out the personalized questionnaire (listed below). This form captures your style preferences, body shape, occasion, aesthetic, and budget, allowing out stylist(s) to curate selections that best fits you.  You can invite up to five guests to your session. Each guest must complete their own questionnaire, so your designated stylists can tailor the session to everyone’s unique style. Sessions with 1–2 attendees will include one stylist; sessions with 3–5 attendees will include two stylists to ensure a seamless experience.

 

At the time you submit your questionnaire, you are required to pay the total non-refundable retainer fee for each attendee, including yourself or have your attendees pay individually at the time they submit their own forms. Please note, all retainer fees must be paid in full prior to session.  This fee secures you and your guest's spot(s) and covers the time and expertise of your designated stylist(s).  Once Style & Glam receives all completed forms and fees, you’ll receive a detailed email confirmation outlining your session’s date, time, location, duration, guest list, and contact information for your assigned stylist team.  To confirm your appointment(s), a stylist will reach out to you to discuss any special requirements, concerns, or questions. The stylist will also provide you with a brief overview of what to expect and advise you on any recommended undergarments to bring for the session.​​ Style & Glam provides complimentary foot coverings, adhesive fashion tape, and clothing cinch clips.

How much is the retainer fee? What does it include? Why is it non-refundable?

The retainer fee is $150 per guest (including yourself).  In order to ensure you and your guests will have a relaxing day of luxury, we have

Your retainer goes directly toward your stylist’s services and is separate from any purchases made during your session.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee of $150 per guest (including yourself) is required. This fee ensures your session is reserved and covers the time, preparation, and personalized attention of your professional stylist(s).

Your stylist begins working for you the moment your session is booked—reviewing your questionnaire, curating selections, coordinating logistics, and preparing your personalized experience. The retainer fee compensates for this time and effort, even if the session is canceled or rescheduled. It reflects our commitment to delivering a high-touch, professional service that values your time and style journey.

Please note: The retainer fee is applied solely to stylist services and does not count toward purchases made during your session.

How long is the styling session?

You can choose between two immersive styling experiences tailored to your needs:

  • 2-Hour Session – Ideal for a focused style refresh. Whether you're updating seasonal staples or prepping for a specific event, this session offers expert guidance and curated selections in a streamlined format.

  • 4-Hour Session – Perfect for a full wardrobe overhaul or group styling with guests. Enjoy extended time with your stylists, deeper consultations, and a wider range of outfit options—all in a luxurious, relaxed setting.

Each session is designed to be indulgent, personalized, and stress-free, with your stylists handling every detail so you can simply enjoy the transformation.

Will I be able to speak with my stylist prior to the session?

you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your stylist before your appointment. Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive your stylist’s contact information along with your appointment details.

This allows you to ask questions, share specific goals, or highlight any preferences you'd like your stylist to keep in mind. Whether you're prepping for a big event or just want to feel confident walking in, your stylist is here to make sure you're fully supported from the start.

While direct communication with your stylist prior to your appointment isn’t guaranteed, we keep you fully informed every step of the way. You’ll receive regular reminder emails and text messages leading up to your session, including helpful tips and what to expect.

Two hours before your appointment, you’ll get a final text confirmation with all the details—so you can feel confident and prepared. Your stylist will be ready to greet you, fully briefed on your preferences and styling goals.

Yes—you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your stylist before your appointment. Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive your stylist’s contact information along with all session details. This gives you the chance to ask questions, share specific goals, or highlight any preferences you'd like your stylist to keep in mind.

How do I purchase my items? Do I have to purchase all the items?

No and No.  The beauty of our styling service is that because it is not a subscription, you only purchase the items you want for as long as you wish.  You are not required to buy items every month...unless you want to (wink,wink).  Even better, your stylist does all the work.  She/he will take all your wants, needs and must-haves to curate a group of items that best fits you.  You will view the selection and purchase the ones you desire. Quick and painless!!!

Will I be able to reschedule or cancel my appointment? Will my retainer fee be refunded?

Can I reserve an online styling session?

If you wish to schedule another session, you can click the link that will be provided in your first email confirmation.​  

  • Once you've submitted your form and deposit, you'll receive an email confirmation.

  • We'll send frequent reminder emails and texts leading up to your appointment date and time.  You will also receive a text two hours before your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us, no later than 4 days prior.  Reschedules made within the last 4 days before an appointment may result in forfeiting your deposits. IMPORTANT:  Only one reschedule permitted per customer. 

  • If you cancel your appointment, please notify us, at least, 7 days prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposits.

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex).  We do not accept cash, checks, Cash App or 4-installment plans.  Please be mindful, we carry limited cash for change.
