Returns & Exchanges
ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned in EXCHANGE for an equal value product(s), CREDIT towards another purchase or REFUND of item(s). MUST notify us within 3 business days of delivery on item(s) for exchanges, credits or refunds to be valid. All item(s) must be returned before exchanges, credits or refunds are given. NO RETURNS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the owner. Style & Glam is not responsible on the reimbursing of the shipping and handling fees, if applicable, on returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Because of the nature of fitting shoes, ALL unworn or manufacture defected shoes can be returned with a shipping credit towards your next purchase. Shipping credit will be upto $9.99 for each return. Customers will be able to return shoes in EXCHANGE for an equal value product(s), CREDIT towards another purchase or REFUND of item(s). MUST notify us within 3 business days of delivery on shoes(s) for exchanges, credits or refunds to be valid. All shoes(s) must be returned before exchanges, credits or refunds are given.
