If an item has an estimated arrival date, it means that the item is on its way and estimated to be available on the specified date.  Whether you wish to pre-order an item to reserve it or waiting for a restock item, you can purchase the item(s) in advance to ensure you're the first to get it. Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged.

If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your in stock order will be shipped as soon as possible.  The remaining items will be mailed as soon as we receive them. 

We want you to be happy, so if wish to return any item(s), please follow our policy for a refund, store credit or exchange:

• Before sending back item, notify us HERE within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

• Mail back items unworn, new condition and in original packaging within 10 business days to receive refund, credit or exchanged.  Items mailed back AFTER the allotted 10 business days are not valid. We only provide return labels for manufactured defective items. All fees, including shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

• Items can be exchanged for same or equal value merchandise.

• ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund, credit or exchange of same items (if in stock) or an equal value product(s). MUST notify us within 5 business days of delivery on item(s) to be valid. All item(s) must be returned before exchanges, credits or refunds are given. NO RETURNS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the owner.   All returned items MUST be approved by Style & Glam.
